Providence at Home Engagement Session

When I first spoke to Alice and Chris about photographing their wedding they mentioned that they wanted engagement photos but didn’t know where they wanted them taken. After learning a bit more about them, and their favorite way to spend the weekend, I suggested that I just tag along on one of their usual Saturdays together. This consisted of the morning spent at home in their apartment on the East Side of Providence where they spent the morning playing scrabble, a game that Alice routinely kicks Chris’ butt in. We then took off on a walk with Alice and Chris’ dog along the Providence river to the pedestrian bridge that overlooks the Providence sky line until we landed upon their go to spot for a slice of pizza, Fellini’s. We sat on the sidewalk there with our slices, taking in the sunny fall day before heading home.
